How long will it take before I get my magnets?
Once your artwork is approved, your magnets are produced and delivered to you within 10 working days.
An Express Service* is available for urgent orders - Call us on 1300 73 1300 to arrange.

Price
Are there any additional charges involved?
NO! there are no additional charges. Our prices includes EVERYTHING!
Our pricing policy ensures that if you find a cheaper price elsewhere, and can provide us with a written quote offering the same product and services that The Fridge Magnet Factory
offers, we will not only match that quote, but we will beat it by 10%*.
(*This offer only applies to orders under 10,000 magnets.)
*All artwork for magnets is free of charge under the provision that the magnet order proceeds. If how ever you choose not to proceed with the order once the artwork has been
requested, you will be charged a minimum fee of $82.50 AUD including GST for artwork and administrative costs.
Payment
How do I pay for my magnets?
For the fastest turnaround time please pay for your order by Direct Deposit or with a credit card by calling 1300 73 1300. Alternatively, you can pay for your magnets by Cash or
Cheque prior to delivery.
A 30% deposit is required on all orders over $500.

Colours
Do you charge extra for more colours?
NO! - All magnets from The Fridge Magnet Factory, range from 1 to 4 colours at no additional charge. We manufacture our magnets using a four colour process. This means that you
can have unlimited colour on your magnets at no additional charge, including photos and design!
Artwork
What does the Artwork include?
Preparation of artwork includes all of the following:
• Re-Working, adjusting and tidying up artwork
• Scanning in of photos or images provided by you
• Designing original Artwork
• Resetting copy, font matching
• Colour matching
• Proofing artwork and confirming via email or phone
• All pre-press and setup for printing
Rather than making you order standard designs, we custom design each and every magnet to meet your specific requirements. Send us photos, business cards, letterheads, brochures; or if
you have your files in electronic format, send them to us on a disk or via email. We will discuss with you what your magnet is trying to achieve, and come up with a design that
suits.

Shapes and Sizes
Do you make different shapes and sizes?
Yes. Our three standard sizes will cover 99% of requirements, and due to economies of scale, are our most cost effective. But if your business does need a special shape or size, please
call us on 1300 73 1300 for a quote.
Quantities and Special Orders
Can I order less than 1000 or more than 10,000?
Yes! You can order from 100 magnets upwards. Call us on 1300 73 1300.
Quality Assurance
How can I be sure I am getting a quality product?
Different magnets can have a higher rubber content than others, giving the impression that they are stronger.
Don't be taken in by thicker magnets or thinner inferior ones. Our magnets contain more magnetic material than all equivalent magnets on the market, ensuring your magnet will stay
put!
